  • Question: I ordered several items, but not all showed up at once. What should I do?

  • Answer: This can happen often, so don’t worry. The company who does the print-on-demand might use different facilities for different items, so they get shipped separately.

  • Question: Why do I have to wait so long for my items? When I order from Amazon it only takes a couple of days.

  • Answer: Your item is not in an inventory somewhere. It is made only after you’ve placed the order. The print-on-demand company takes my design, prints it, cuts and sews it, and they ship it to you.

  • Question: I see other printed athletic clothing online for so much cheaper. Why do yours cost more?

  • Answer: While Tracy Miller Collections isn’t the least expensive, it’s not the most expensive either. The price is set to cover the cost of manufacturing with a reasonable profit. A lot of what you’re paying for is the unique look of the mixed prints designs that you won’t find anywhere else. I order samples of each of my new designs to be sure the color, the scale, and the patterns are exactly as I created them.

  • Question: I’m worried about your return policy. Can you reassure me?

  • Answer: Because your garments are print-on-demand, they don’t go back into an inventory system. This makes them difficult to resell. HOWEVER! If you are unhappy with your purchase I will do whatever I can to make you happy!
