Tracy Miller Collections will do whatever it takes to make you happy!

Reasons you may want to return your TMC Activewear item:

  1. The garment is defective, such as having a hole or a seam not fully stitched or it is misprinted.

  2. The wrong item is delivered.

  3. Your item is lost in transit. Let us help you find it. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  4. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received.

  5. If you’re just not pleased for whatever reason, let us know within 7 days of receiving the item.

  6. But whatever the circumstance, please contact TMC with any issues or concerns and we will be very pleased to work with you for a satisfying resolution!

  7. Remember: do not send the item back to the return address on your package. Contact us first and we’ll guide you through the process.

To ensure you have the best experience with Tracy Miller Collections, please take special care to:

  1. Enter your correct address and contact info.

  2. Order the correct size.

  3. Be confident that the garment is for you.

  4. Be patient with the 2-4 week delivery window. Print-On-Demand is very different from ordering from many other sites that hold inventory. It will be worth the wait!
